Redemption Codes

Staff members can generate unique codes that members redeem for loyalty points.

How to Generate a Redemption Code

1. Access Loyalty Cards

   • Navigate to the Loyalty Cards section by clicking on the Loyalty Cards button.
   • A list of loyalty cards associated with your club (managed by a partner) will appear.

   

2. Generate a Code

   • Locate the desired loyalty card from the list.
   • Click the Generate Redemption Code button in the Actions column next to the selected card.

3. Specify Points

   • A form will appear prompting you to enter the number of points the member will receive upon redeeming the code.

   

4. Review Generated Code

   • Once generated, the code and its status will be visible on the Redemption Codes page.
   • Members can redeem this code through their dashboard at the Redeem Points Code page.

   

Code Usage and Expiration

• Single Use: Each redemption code can be used once by a member.
• Expiration: Codes expire after a default period of three days.
