Recent Member Interactions

Staff members have access to a list of members they've recently engaged with. This includes members whose QR codes they've scanned and for whom they've issued points or rewards within the past 7 days.

Each member's record includes one or more cards that the staff member has interacted with.

Modifying Interaction Visibility Duration

Should you wish to adjust the duration for which a staff member can view a member they've interacted with, you can do so in the .env file located in the web root directory. If the following line is present, you may modify it. If it isn't found within the .env file, you can add it.
