One place to run your agency.

Manage your agency’s customers, sales, projects, tasks, time and money. Pepper also brings your team’s documents, calendars and automations into the same self-hosted system.

You can also sell client-widget services for clients’ existing websites, including enquiry forms, offers, stamp cards, listings and bookings. Each client business gets its own widgets, records and staff access.

One licence permits selling widget access to multiple customer businesses on one production installation you operate. This does not create separate client accounts across the full business suite.

Reward Loyalty

Our established loyalty flagship.

Run points, stamp cards, vouchers and prepaid passes for multiple client businesses. Your agency brands the shared application and domain. Each client brands its business page and programs.

Each business has its own programs, balances and staff access. Customers can keep cards from several businesses in one account. Set client plans and charge for your service.

The agency licence covers one shared production installation. Each additional production installation needs its own licence.

You own the customer relationship and decide what your service includes.

Your operation: You manage hosting, domain, email, backups, updates and client support. Budget for the people and services needed to keep the installation running.
Our software: You receive the full source under the product’s licence. We maintain the standard product; your licence sets the update and support terms.
Your licence: Source access does not grant unrestricted resale rights. Pepper and Reward Loyalty restrict software and source resale, sublicensing and redistribution. Check the terms for your intended offer.

Custom development for the long term.

We build tailored systems around Made with Pepper through long-term partnerships with established businesses, starting with a three- to six-month commitment. Work with the original builder on the workflows your business needs, with ownership terms and ongoing work set out in a written agreement.
