These terms govern the use of the website nowsquare.com. They are not product purchase terms, product licence terms, SaaS terms, support terms, or a partnership agreement. Those exist separately, as described below.

2. Scope
nowsquare.com presents NowSquare, its products, its ownership philosophy, and its partnership model; links to separately operated product websites; and lets you subscribe to updates or start a conversation by email.
Each product website has its own applicable licence, purchase terms, privacy policy, and support or service terms. Partnership work is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website creates such an agreement by itself.
3. Permitted use
You may view this website, link to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, run malicious automation against it, or infringe the rights of NowSquare or of third parties. Ordinary browser features (such as viewing a page's source) and any rights granted to you by an applicable open-source licence are not restricted by these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The NowSquare branding, original texts, design, and proprietary assets on this website belong to Kokhuis Product Innovation or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except as allowed in section 3 or permitted by applicable law.
That claim is limited to this website. In particular:
- VoxelBooking and VoxelSite are available under the AGPL-3.0 open-source licence; their public repositories and licence terms govern the use of their source code.
- Other products and third-party components are governed by their own licences and commercial terms.
- Nothing in these terms overrides a product's open-source licence, source-included licence, purchase agreement, or other applicable terms.
5. Product and partnership information
Product and partnership descriptions on this website are general information and may change. nowsquare.com does not publish product prices. A binding product purchase arises only under the applicable product website's checkout and licence terms; a partnership arises only under a separate written agreement.
6. External links
Links to product websites, LinkedIn, and other external sites are provided for convenience. Those sites are operated independently, and NowSquare does not control their content or availability.
7. Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors and may be temporarily unavailable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NowSquare is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory consumer rights where those apply. Liability connected to a product or to partnership work is governed by the separate terms or agreement that apply to it.
9. Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
